Now, aside from the coronavirus, moneypox is apparently making the rounds.
“Doctors warned that numbers will rise significantly as the virus spreads through Europe and as far as the US, Canada and Australia. Spain now has the highest number of infections, outside places in Africa where the virus is endemic, with more than 50 known cases.”
Officials are even investigating a presumptive case in South Florida. Another case popped up in Massachusetts, and another in New York City. Worse, President Biden just said, “Everybody should be concerned. We’re working on it, hard to figure out what we do.” Even the World Health Organization just warned that Europe could see a wave of infections this summer.
The good news – According to the CDC, smallpox vaccines can protect people from the virus. “Past data from Africa suggests that the smallpox vaccine is at least 85% effective in preventing monkeypox,” says the agency.
So, how can we potentially profit from it?
Vaccine Stock No. 1 – Emergent Biosolutions (EBS)
Emergent Biosolutions produces the ACAM2000 vaccine, which the US FDA describes as an active immunization against smallpox for those at higher risk. “According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, since the monkeypox virus is closely related to the virus that causes smallpox, ACAM2000 can be used to prevent the spread of monkeypox,” says Barron’s.
The only thing wrong with having really, really good entries is that they don’t make you any money. You have to exit the trade before you can bank any cash. You have to exit well at a profit to attempt to maximize your gain. You have to exit as quickly as possible on losers so they don’t cost you too much. Money management and trade management are at least as important as any entry technique.
There are several ways to handle these trades after getting into the market, and you can mix and match them as you please. That is one of the big advantages to having a methodology rather than a hard and fast system: You can tailor your trading around your personal comfort level and preferences instead of just following the way that makes the most money. Trading within your own comfort level, both psychologically and monetarily is probably the single most important criteria for success in the markets.
There’s a lot of inflation out there! It’s easy to see at the gas pump. Those big numbers jump out at you as you drive around town. Somehow I think it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
While we hope we don’t have to find out about $10 gasoline, the market is anxiously waiting to hear just how bad inflation is. And more importantly, the market is anxiously waiting to hear how the Federal Reserve (the “Fed”) plans to fight it.
As it stands right now the market is expecting a 50 basis point (½%) increase to short-term rates at both the June 15th and July 27th FOMC Meetings. Right now the first point of indecision appears at the September 21st Meeting. As you can see by the graphic below it’s almost a coin toss whether the Fed will raise rates by just 25 basis points (¼%) or a full 50 basis points (½%).

4) You should trade or invest only “risk capital” – money you can afford to lose. Trading stocks and stock options involves high risk and you can lose the entire principal amount invested or more.
5) All investments carry risk and all trading decisions made by a person remain the responsibility of that person. There is no guarantee that systems, indicators, or trading signals will result in profits or that they will not produce losses. 6) Some profit examples are based on hypothetical or simulated trading. This means the trades are not actual trades and instead are hypothetical trades based on real market prices at the time the recommendation is disseminated. No actual money is invested, nor are any trades executed. Hypothetical or simulated performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. Also, the hypothetical results do not include the costs of subscriptions, commissions, or other fees. Because the trades underlying these examples have not actually been executed, the results may understate or overstate the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading services in general are also designed with the benefit of hindsight, which may not be relevant to actual trading. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. TradeWins makes no representations or warranties that any account will or is likely to achieve profits similar to those shown.
7) No representation is being made that you will achieve profits or the same results as any person providing testimonial. No representation is being made that any person providing a testimonial is likely to continue to experience profitable trading after the date on which the testimonial was provided, and in fact the person providing the testimonial may have experienced losses.

The author is an experienced investor and your results will vary depending on risk tolerance, amount of risk capital utilized, size of trading position and other factors.
