One of the most successful investors is Warren Buffett.
At the age of 94, he’s now worth about $148.2 billion.
Typically, when Buffett or Berkshire Hathaway buys a stock, it can lead to increased investor confidence and potentially higher stock prices due to the reputation of the firm, and the longstanding belief Buffett buys quality stocks at a quality price.
Most recently, he picked up shares of UnitedHealth Group (SYM: UNH), for example, which sent the stock up about 14% higher on the day.

The Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO)
“Over the years, I've often been asked for investment advice," Buffett wrote in a 2016 shareholder letter. "My regular recommendation has been a low-cost S&P 500 index fund."
With that, Buffett has named the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) as one way to invest.
What makes it most attractive is that the ETF measures the performance of the S&P 500, and includes value stocks and growth stocks from multiple market sectors. In fact, it holds Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, and Berkshire to name a few.
With an expense ratio of 0.03%, the ETF pays a quarterly yield. On July 2, it paid out a dividend of $1.744700. On March 31, it paid out $1.812100. Also, since VOO bottomed out at around $450 in April, it rocketed to $596.52. From here, we’d like to see it test $650.
The Fibonacci number sequence is a mathematical cycle that incorporates the expansion and contraction of all elements in nature, from the growth of the smallest leaf on Earth to the largest galaxy in the universe.
The Fibonacci number sequence was named after Leonardo of Pisa, also known as Fibonacci. Although this number sequence had been described earlier in the 6th century AD by the mathematician Virahanka, it’s best known today as The Fibonacci Sequence.
This cycle beings with the number 0. The next number is the number 1. Each following number is the sum of the two preceding numbers. To arrive at the third number in the sequence, the preceding two numbers are added together and the result is 0 + 1 = 1.
The fourth number in the sequence becomes 1 + 1 = 2.
The fifth number is 1 + 2 = 3.
The sixth number is 2 + 3 = 5.
The seventh number is 3 + 5 = 8.
The eighth number is 5 + 8 = 13.
There is no end to the sequence, it goes to infinity.
Here are the numbers that start the Fibonacci Sequence:
0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144…
After the first few numbers in the sequence, if you measure the ratio of any number to that of the next higher number you get .618. For example, 34 divided by 55 equals 0.618.
If you measure the ratio between alternate numbers you get .382. For example, 34 divided by 89 equals 0.382.

The first 2025 ‘Buy Signal’ for BVN started with the close in March 2025. Recovery from the April 2025 cool off led to successive months with higher closes from the 10-month Moving Average as the bullish momentum retook the chart.
The April 2025 cool off dropped BVN outside the Keltner Channels on its daily chart. With the recent higher highs, trading returned to the upper half of the of the Keltner Channels.
